Randstad US Senior Sourcing Recruiter (German-speaking) in Budapest, Hungary
PLEASE NOTE THE START DATE OF THIS ROLE IS ON 3RD OF JUNE.
We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Recruiter to join our brand new team to source the best talent for one of our biggest and newest clients from healthcare industry.
What you will do:
Source diverse candidates using various sourcing channels
Collaborate with the Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to understand the requirements of each role
Conduct interviews with candidates
Provide great candidate experience
What we would like you to have:
Professional level of English and German is a must (you will work in both languages)
Previous recruitment experience
Excellent communication skills
Autonomous, proactive and curious
A flexible approach, as the new client implementation phase makes this role very dynamic
Willing to work in a hybrid model (twice a month in Budapest office)
