Responsibilities:
Publish job advertisements and brief candidates, using market data and planning insights.
Conduct briefing calls with Talent Advisors and client Hiring Managers.
Employ advanced Boolean and X-Ray search techniques to source candidates on platforms such as LinkedIn, databases, and social media.
Manage LinkedIn sourcing activities and facilitate sessions for managers.
Source for both white-collar and blue-collar positions, including roles in sales, engineering, and employment branding.
Fluent in English for effective stakeholder management and professional representation of Randstad Sourceright.
Conduct screening calls with candidates and compile shortlists of qualified applicants.
Present shortlisted candidates to Hiring Managers for review and selection.
Who We Are Looking For:
Previous corporate experience recruitment experience
Proficiency in English; knowledge of Dutch is advantageous but not required.
Proactivity and strong organizational skills to plan ahead.
Excellent stakeholder management skills to professionally represent Randstad Sourceright externally.
Willingness to work in a hybrid model (2-4 times a month in the Budapest office).
