Exxpress Tire (Dunn Tire) Customer Service Representative in Buffalo, New York
Overview Customer Service Representatives (CSRs) work within a team to ensure the optimal customer experience and service while capturing revenue for an established book of business with smaller dealers. CSRs are responsible for handling incoming web-based and phone inquiries, continuous tracking of expected deliveries for dealers, and communicating with the Operations Sales Manager to ensure a consistent service level for dealers. Additionally, our CSRS will be responsible for deepening their product knowledge of tire brands, product lines, and manufacturers dealer programs. Job Requirements Prior call center experience A working knowledge of Excel, Word & PowerPoint Good typing skills Handle a high volume of calls/web orders Ability to sit for extended periods of time 2 years of experience in retail automotive operations or equivalent experience in a related environment Job Details Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 / Hour (based on experience) Hours: Monday-Friday 8 AM - 5 PM (Rotating Saturdays from 8 AM - 12 PM) Casual business attire Benefits Health Insurance Dental Insurance 401(k) With Company Contribution Vacation Pay Earned Paid Sick Time Major Holidays Off To discuss job opportunities with Exxpress Tire call Lori Shaffer at 716-529-9657
