Job Description:

To ensure that the Pharmacy services are provided by a Registered Pharmacist. Expected to maintain compliance with existing State and Federal laws and in accordance to the operational policies and procedures of Family Pharmaceutical Services. Assist in monitoring regulatory performance and compliance to federal, state and pharmacy industry standards and regulations.

Minimum or Preferred Qualifications:

BS - Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy is required. PHARMD - Doctor of Pharmacy is Preferred. 1 year of experience in Retail Pharmacy is preferred. Licensed Pharmacist upon hire is required. Pharmacist Immunization credential upon hire is required.

Salary Range:
