Responsibilities
Plans details of working procedure by determining replacement needs or new material required and develops a logical approach to correct the problem.
Must not be afraid of heights – Man lifts, forklifts, scissor lifts and building roof lines.
Sheet rock installation/repair experience and able to paint
Starts up and shuts down equipment in accordance with company
Must be able to weld and metal/wood fabricate
Determines need for, analyzes, and makes necessary running adjustments, repairs, and overhauls.
General housekeeping as needed
Perform routine planned maintenance on machinery, tools, and equipment with the objective of keeping such in a high state of repair and readiness for support of production
Analyze problems and find permanent solutions and repair.
Must be able to prepare written reports and updates to published orders/check lists.
Adhere to company policies, procedures and safety rules as applied to the job task.
Other job-related duties and projects as assigned.
The essential functions of this role include:
working in a smoke free environment
wearing steel toe shoes
working in a non-temperature controlled environment
manual lifting up to 50lbs
Skills
Not afraid of heights (3 years of experience is preferred)
Man lifts, forklifts, scissor (3 years of experience is preferred)
Sheet rock installation/repair (3 years of experience is preferred)
weld and metal/wood fabricate (3 years of experience is preferred)
basic landscaping (3 years of experience is preferred)
General Housekeeping (3 years of experience is preferred)
Basic Electrical (3 years of experience is preferred)
Plumbing
Inspecting
Monitoring
General Maintenance
HVAC (3 years of experience is preferred)
