Job Title: PM Shift Production Assembler
Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated PM Shift Production Assembler to join our team in manufacturing medical devices. In this role, you will work on a fast-paced production line and occasionally in a cleanroom environment. You will collaborate with your team to complete production orders, using small hand tools to assemble units according to written English instructions.
Responsibilities
Work with a team to complete production orders on a fast-paced assembly line.
Rotate through 13 stations, requiring 2-3 months of training.
Assemble units using small hand tools following written English instructions.
Work both alongside team members and independently at different stations.
Maintain speed and efficiency to prevent bottlenecks on the production line.
Stand for the entire shift while working in the cleanroom, labeling products, sealing packaging pouches, and performing other tasks.
Adhere to cleanroom protocols, including wearing a provided heavy jacket.
Essential Skills
2 years valid visa from the date of hire.
1 year recent experience in a similar environment performing assembly/production tasks.
1 year minimum recent experience in a fast-paced production role.
Experience using small basic hand tools (crimpers, screwdrivers, tweezers) for assembly.
Ability to work with small pieces and parts.
Ability to stand all shift long.
Ability to lift 30lbs (not repetitively).
Basic computer skills.
Good English communication skills, both verbal and reading.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Engineering
Soldering experience.
PCB assembly experience in a highly regulated work environment.
Ability to read instructions for soldering and match numbers to wires.

Work Environment
Our work environment is clean and diverse, with a casual dress code. However, cosmetics, jewelry, and certain personal care products are not permitted in the cleanroom. The team is about 60 people strong, and the PM shift runs from Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM. Please note that there is no eating, drinking, phone use, or taking pictures on the production line.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.71 - $21.71/hr.
