Fairview Health Services RN Nurse Manager in Burnsville, Minnesota

The Nurse Manager for Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is an RN whom will be responsible for continuity of nursing care in the Ebenezer managed, Skilled Nursing Facility TCU unit, by delegating, advising and supervising nursing care delivered for our adult short stay patients. Located in Beautiful Twin Cities Suburb of Burnsville, MN.

Nursing leadership schedule includes:

  • 80 hours every two weeks

  • Full time, day shift

  • Weekend Rotations

Ebenezer Ridges Care Center is part of a full continuum of care campus including Transitional Care, Adult Day Programs, Child Care, Long Term Care, Enhanced Care and Assisted Living/Memory Care for seniors. We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital, conveniently located at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN.

  • Leads, supervises and directs and/or delegates all nursing functions on assigned unit or floor to assure care is provided per plan of care

  • Assures staff compliance with State and Federal regulations, Nursing Standards of Practice and Ebenezer Quality Assurance Standards

  • Assures Care Plan, medical records and other documentation are up to date

  • Reports problem areas to management and provides suggestions and solutions

  • Serves as facility supervisor and assumes administrative responsibilities as assigned

  • Minimum Associates RN Degree, BSN preferred

  • One to three years’ experience required, three to five years preferred

  • Previous LTC management experience preferred

  • Current MN RN license

  • CPR certified

  • (3 week grace period for BLS)
