Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package with generous benefits and wages ranging from $47 per hour. Wage determinations will be based on similar experience.

Shift Differential Available on Evenings and Nights

The Registered Nurse (RN) provides for and assists in meeting the TCU (transitional care unit /sub acute) adult patients' physical, emotional and psycho-social needs while adhering to facility, state and federal guidelines for our spacious skilled nursing community in Burnsville, MN.

Nursing schedule includes;

We are located across the street from Fairview Ridges Hospital at the I-35E and I-35W split in Burnsville, MN.   • Monitors personal cares provided to assure consistency with each individual care plans

  • Coordinates medications and performs treatments per physician orders and facility policies

  • Provides data relevant to the development of the resident care

  • RN – Assesses care plans, resident goals and revises, modify care plans as needed

  • Provides reports and documentation related to incidents, change of status and cares provided

Required:

  • Current MN RN license or by start date

  • BLS is required upon hire and/or new hire must show proof that they are currentlyenrolled in a BLS class to renew or obtain their certification. BLS certification must beobtained within three-weeks of hire date and before nurse can perform independentpractice

  • AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers or Red Cross CPR for Professional Rescuers

Preferred:

  • Comfortable using Microsoft windows and electronic charting systems

  • Work experience in a patient support role, LPN or RN

  • Good written and verbal communication skills to interact with residents, families and physicians or providers
