Introduction:

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Cleaning Lead/Supervisor to join our team and oversee the daily operation in multiple facilities. The Cleaning Lead/Supervisor will be responsible for supervising and leading a team of cleaners, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, and providing excellent customer service. The successful candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills and be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily cleaning of multiple facilities.
• Ensure that tasks are completed efficiently and to the highest standards, including maintaining clean and organized facilities and adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide excellent customer service, including assisting customers with questions and needs and handling complaints and concerns when needed.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels, including ordering and restocking as needed.
• Complete daily operational tasks, such as inspections, closing duties, and completing any shift reports.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a shift leader or in a leadership role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle cleaning tasks for large properties.
• Proficiency with emails and texting in a managerial fashion.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
