We are committed to delivering energy storage solutions that power the future. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Enterprise Architect to join our dynamic team. As an Enterprise Architect, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing our organization's technology strategy to align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for designing and implementing solutions that optimize our IT infrastructure, applications, and processes to support scalability, security, and efficiency across the enterprise.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Lead the architectural design, development, and deployment of comprehensive service management solutions across multiple domains. Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand business needs and define IT requirements. Oversee the integration of service management solutions with existing systems and processes, ensuring seamless operation and user experience. Design and implement customer business case management solutions, portfolio management systems with budget and project management capabilities, talent management systems, and offer letter tracking/on-boarding readiness solutions. Ensure that all solutions are scalable, secure, and comply with industry standards and best practices. Provide leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering an environment of innovation and continuous improvement. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in service management technologies and methodologies, incorporating them into our solutions where appropriate. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of the architecture and systems designed. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence within the IT organization. Evaluate existing systems and technologies to identify areas for improvement and optimization.

Requirements

: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field (master's degree preferred). Proven experience (7 years) as an IT architect or similar role, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles, frameworks, and methodologies. Proficiency in system design, integration, and implementation. Experience with cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization. Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and best practices. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
