Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for performing basic machine operating tasks, including monitoring and adjusting the machine, pushing buttons to manage the machine, and ensuring the products are of good quality through quality control measures. You will operate automation machinery and ensure products are coming out properly. This role involves loading and unloading products up to 30lbs. It is a physically demanding position that requires constant heavy lifting, bending, and crouching. Additionally, you will manufacture and maintain inventory of products.
Responsibilities
Operate equipment efficiently to produce products from raw materials to yard stage
Inspect the quality of products according to standards
Assist in maintaining accurate production records
Monitor the operations of machinery and associated equipment to detect and report malfunctions
Perform machine clean-up, set-up, and other functions associated with job changes
Conduct cleaning and general labor tasks around the plant
Essential Skills
Mechanical aptitude
Experience in machine operating
Mechanical skills

Quality control and quality assurance experience
2 years of production/manufacturing experience (industrial experience)
Heavy lifting up to 30lbs consistently throughout the day
Inspection skills

Work Environment
The facility is a production/manufacturing environment. It is loud and dirty due to the product and machines running inside. There is also a large yard to store the products. The current schedule is from 3:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a shift to a 5/2 schedule over two weeks. The position involves 12-hour shifts, with 10 regular hours and 2 overtime hours per shift. Overtime is paid after 40 hours in a week. Each team consists of 5 people, promoting a strong, family-oriented culture with regular BBQs and catered lunches to show appreciation.

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
