Job Duties:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual Software Quality Assurance Engineer to work as part of an Agile team responsible for ensuring the highest level of software quality and reliability to support our customers' success. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs, identify potential issues, and drive solutions that enhance the overall customer experience. You will have frequent customer interaction to ensure the software qualification is aligned with customer environment and usage.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance Testing: Conduct comprehensive testing of software to ensure it meets quality standards and fulfills customer requirements.

Customer-Centric Testing: Working closely with your customer, develop test cases and scenarios that reflect their real-world customer usage, focusing on areas critical to the customer’s success.

User Experience Testing: Evaluate the user interface and experience to ensure intuitive and seamless interaction for customers.

Regression Testing: Perform regular regression testing to identify any new issues or regressions introduced during software updates or modifications.

Bug Tracking and Reporting: Document and track software defects, communicate issues effectively with Agile teams, and ensure timely resolution.

Customer Feedback Analysis: Analyze customer feedback and support tickets to identify recurring issues, trends, or areas for improvement.

Collaborative Problem Solving: Collaborate with customer support teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues impacting your customer’s success.

Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports. Share knowledge and best practices with team members to enhance overall quality assurance processes.

Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify opportunities to improve software quality, testing processes, and customer satisfaction metrics.

Qualifications:

· Experience and knowledge of EDA design tools, PLM solutions, and PCB manufacturing.

· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

· Proven experience in software quality assurance, preferably in a customer-facing role.

· Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.

· Experience with test automation frameworks and scripting languages is a plus.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

· Effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and communicate technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

· Customer-focused mindset with a passion for ensuring a positive customer experience.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
