Responsibilities
- Oversee the seamless operation of our Restaurant, as a pivotal role in the day-to-day management
- Lead the training and development initiatives for all team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvements
- Work hands-on with the FandB team to drive constant improvement and innovation in service and offerings
- Efficiently manage rosters and payroll costs to optimize operational efficiencies
- Strive for excellence in guest experience scores, ensuring that every visit exceeds expectations
- Implement effective ordering and stock control measures to maintain optimal inventory levels
- Ensure a high level of service excellence to enhance the overall guest experience
- Address guest feedback and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Recruit, train, and supervise restaurant staff, emphasizing the importance of outstanding guest service
- Assist in managing daily restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures :::

Qualifications
The successful candidate will meet the following criteria:
- Self-motivated with strong leadership,communicationand administration skills?
- A passion for FandB and pride in ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction
- Previousexperience in restaurant management, preferably within a hotel setting
- Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including bar service
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and hotel property management systems
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing guest demands
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays asrequired
