We are seeking a motivated Grounds Attendant in our Housekeeping Department to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our facilities, inside and outside. Duties may include power-washing, trash removal, leaf blowing, cleaning windows, doors, baseboards, and also clean guestroom balconies.

Qualifications
- Must possess a valid drivers license
- Attention to details with good organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, sometimes under pressure, while remaining flexible and efficient
- Must have open availability to work early mornings, weekends and holidays
- Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Must be able to pull, push and lift moderate to heavy amounts of weight
- Have a good personality, great attitude and is a team player
