Job Title: General Laborer - Warehouse

Location: Canal Winchester, Ohio

Job Type: Full-time

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated individual who is reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to our operations. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.

  • Assist in inventory management by counting, recording, and organizing stock.

  • Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by sweeping, mopping, and arranging materials.

  • Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.

  • Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as repairing pallets and adjusting storage racks.

  • Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.

  • Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

  • Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
