Job Title: General Laborer - Warehouse
Location: Canal Winchester, Ohio

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated individual who is reliable, hardworking, and ready to contribute to our operations. As a General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities:
Load and unload trucks, containers, and pallets using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other equipment as needed.
Assist in inventory management by counting, recording, and organizing stock.
Pick and pack orders accurately and efficiently for shipment.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the warehouse by sweeping, mopping, and arranging materials.
Perform quality control checks on products to ensure they meet company standards.
Assist with basic maintenance tasks such as repairing pallets and adjusting storage racks.
Follow all safety guidelines and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in a warehouse or similar environment preferred but not required.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks for extended periods.

Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.

Quality Control: Inspecting products to ensure they meet quality standards and reporting any issues to supervisors.
Assisting with Maintenance: Helping with basic maintenance tasks such as repairing pallets, adjusting storage racks, or minor repairs to warehouse equipment.
Following Safety Protocols: Adhering to safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for themselves and their colleagues.
Supporting Other Departments: Collaborating with other departments such as shipping, receiving, and inventory control to facilitate smooth operations.
