We are looking for a Senior Program Manager with a high level of customer focus and liaison skills with the ability to adapt to a fast pace and challenging environment.This is an exciting opportunity for the right person. Using your communication, relationship and subcontractor management skills, this role will be a strategic leader within Raytheon Australia’s Weapons product line.
The Job
Lead a program team in establishing and conducting advanced manufacturing/production
Work with internal global stakeholder to:
Establish and maintain key relationships and collaborative partnerships internally regarding production and externally with SMEs;
Direct the knowledge and data transfer aspects to establish the capability,
Coordinate implementation of appropriate production environment (MRP/ERP) for product;
Coordinate and manage production meeting customer requirements;
Implement risk mitigation strategies associated with subassembly production.
Manage functional relationships to ensure successful Phase-in of production capability inputs
Direct the establishment of a local supply chain to support production efforts
Lead and provide strategic direction to the development, maintenance and implementation of a production workforce
Develop and maintain close working relationships with peers and key stakeholders within the company
Provide expert advice to senior leaders as required, through formal and informal briefings
The Person
University degree in Engineering, Project Management, Maintenance, Logistics, Business Management or other relevant discipline, or equivalent experience
Strong program planning and program strategy development skills, with experience in leading Phase-in/establishment/transition program phases
Experience in production management principles and establishment of production systems/environments
Strong relationship management skills highlighted by experience in a teaming/sub/prime relationships
Demonstrated experience in building productive teams and culture
