Summary:
The Supervisor, Fitness Center Business is responsible for supervising daily operations and team member schedules and activities for the front desk, childcare and massage therapy business units, and supervising daily deposits, time and attendance, and inventory activities for the wellness center. Highly self-motivated and enthusiastic; Results oriented; Ability to work well under pressure; Listening skills as they pertain to member satisfaction and project management; and Creative thinker with a bias for action. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
Education/Experience:
Required - Associates Business Administration or related with 2 years experience Or High School Diploma or equivalent with 5 years experience
Credentials:
Required - AED (Defibrillator) - within 90 days; and BLS (Basic Life Support) - within 90 days
