Job Description:
Adecco is assisting the State of Wyoming in its search for a dedicated and professional Office Support Specialist. This temporary position is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the efficiency and effectiveness of our office operations. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a crucial role in ensuring a welcoming and productive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk Management:
Greet clients and walk-ins with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Assist clients and visitors in the resource room, providing guidance and support as needed.
Communication:
Answer and direct incoming phone calls efficiently.
Provide accurate information and assistance to callers and visitors.
Administrative Support:
Run and distribute various reports as required.
Enter case notes accurately and promptly into the system.
Maintain organized records and documentation.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in an office or administrative role is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay Details: $19.38 per hour
