System One Accounting Clerk in Catoosa, Oklahoma
System One is seeking an Accounting Clerk for a growing company at the Port of Catoosa. This position will work in a fast-paced, hands-on environment and will require someone willing to continually prioritize throughout the day. The organization is a close-knit, team-oriented group seeking someone with a similar mindset who will be able to add value in this area.
Duties include:
Customer account set up and maintenance
Accounts receivable
Account reconciliation and problem-solving
Filing
Receiving
Payroll and other HR duties as needed
Customer service
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Minimum 2 years of experience in the same or similar role
Experience reconciling accounts
Experience contacting customers for past due balances
Must be able to multi-task and maintain organization
Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel is required
Minimum of High School Diploma or equivalent required
Ability to work full time, M-F in person
Compensation:
$18.00-$20.00 per hour
