Job Title: TIG Welder
Job Description
We are a leading company in the design and manufacturing of shell and tube heat exchangers and cooling units. We currently have openings for TIG header welders to join our night shift team. Header welding is highly preferred but not required, the main requirement is being a proficient TIG welder.
Job Duties
Weld headers and other heat exchanger components using TIG welding process, with a focus on high-quality welds
Read and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate welding
Ensure compliance with company quality standards and safety procedures
Collaborate with other team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Additional Skills and Qualifications
2+ years of experience as a TIG Welder in a manufacturing environment
Must pass 2G TIG root, flux core fill and cap test
Strong knowledge of TIG welding processes and techniques
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and teamwork skills
