How will you make an impact in this role?

Responsible for managing all the capability projects for the Internal Acquisition Team. Capable of researching and implementing the most impactful projects to improve the customer journey and improve the acquisition.

In terms of project management, the role is to own and deliver internal projects including implementations for key strategies, so that we deeply understand the needs, manage the expectations and successfully deliver what the area requires to improve their customer experience.

-Customer first- a proactive, “service-first” attitude combined with superior interpersonal, presentation and stakeholder management skills

-Strategic thinker and commercially astute- understand clients' business drivers - come up with new ways they can use apply our solutions.

Responsibilities:

-Identify resource requirements, project impact and timelines, and risk analysis within the team on all online capability's projects.

-Responsible for maintaining communication and alignment with key members of the acquisition, tech and product teams, as well as global product stakeholders to inform of any changes in project scope from the business partner, or risk to meeting deadlines, through real-time daily reporting.

-Responsible for developing and maintaining appropriate relationships within the acquisition and operations group and across the company as needed so they become a reliable resource for getting project updates

     

-Coordination of implementation projects from beginning stages to completion

-Coordination with project teams for visibility and project timing while providing daily/weekly reporting of project progress and deliverables

-Gather requirements for all new initiatives and identify dependencies

-Demonstrate a clear understanding of the digital capabilities’ requirements outlining the marketing deliverables necessary to support the channel managers or campaign needs
