We are seeking 48 farmworkers to cultivate and harvest vegetables. Responsibilities include: - Field care: tie, stake, and prune plants - Laying and pulling plastic - Stacking and loading hay and straw - Cleaning drip emitters and microjets - Removing plastic drip lines, dead plants, and weeds Workers will walk along rows to manually remove weeds and grass or use a hoe. The job requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Workers must be able to operate motorized farm equipment, including tractors used for harvesting. Training on tractor safety and operation will be provided. Work is outdoors in various weather conditions, with temperatures ranging from 10°F to 100°F. Workers should come prepared with appropriate clothing and footwear for the conditions. Requirements include the ability to stand, sit, crouch, bend, reach, and lift/carry up to 50 pounds. Workers must follow instructions from management and supervisors. Workers will provide their own work clothes; tools and equipment will be supplied by the employer and must be returned for cleaning per food safety guidelines.
