DUTIES: 1. Prepare detailed accounting and financial reports on the business operations. Review financial records and report to company management on the financial status of operations and financial activities. 2. Collect and analyze financial and accounting data from business operations. 3. Inspect account books and accounting systems for efficiency, effectiveness, and use of accepted accounting procedures to record transactions. 4. Examine and evaluate financial systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity. 5. Inspect cash on hand, company receivables and company payables. Prepare and process invoices for payment. 6. Prepare, examine, or analyze accounting records, financial statements, or other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards. Review accounts for discrepancies and reconcile differences. 7. Analyze business operations, trends, costs, revenues, financial commitments, and obligations to project future revenues and expenses. 8. Report to management regarding the finances of establishment. 9. Develop, maintain, or analyze budgets, preparing periodic reports that compare budgeted costs to actual costs. Advise company financial results to provide input in areas such as compensation and employee benefits. 10. Prepare, analyze, or verify annual reports, financial statements, and other records, using accepted accounting and statistical procedures to assess financial condition and facilitate financial planning. 11. Prepare and submit necessary financial reports to file with tax authorities. Coordinate with an outside accountant, as necessary, to prepare annual and other tax filings for the organization.
REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in accounting (or equivalent foreign education/degree).
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: 2 years' experience in the job offered, or two years' experience providing in-house accounting services. (CPA License in USA not required).
TELECOMMUTER BENEFIT: Ability to work from Centennial, Colorado, or other anticipated and unanticipated locations in USA
SALARY: $ 55,765.00 - $72,738.00/ year BENEFITS: PTO, Health (including Vision), IRA
