Express Employment Professionals in Centennial, CO is immediately searching for a Customer Service Representative / Shipping Coordinator for an independently owned manufacturing company. This rapidly growing company is adding to their fun team, and looking for a multi-talented candidate to join their team!
Strong customer service skills are imperative in this role as this person will primarily be working on the phone and computer to answer customer calls, take and place orders as well as package, ship and manage orders. Duties/Highlights:
Fast paced, fun-loving working environment Strong company culture Bus accessible Answering phone calls and emails - answer customer questions and assist with product selection Take orders from customers, enter orders in the system and process for timely shipping Manage orders - pull product from warehouse shelves, package/box, ship, send order confirmations and tracking Provide excellent customer service throughout entire process and build customer relationships
