Executive Director of Facilities and Support Services Job Location US-MN-Center City ID 2024-11348 Status Full Time Shift Varied Schedule Varied Hours of Work varied as needed Responsibilities Plans and oversees technical, professional, and managerial leadership and operations of facilities and corporate support services. Corporate support services may include food service, security, safety, environmental or administrative services and may include contracted or employed individuals. Provides national leadership for corporate support services at all Hazelden Betty Ford locations. Develops and implements short and long-range facility and infrastructure master planning, including acquisitions, leases, renovation, new construction, and related business operations. Manages special projects of the same as directed. Lead the overall facilities operations and develop the strategy and policies to deliver, design, plan and implement the organizations construction and maintenance of its facilities and properties. Provide leadership and administrative supervision, strategic vision, and focus to direct reports and across span of influence. Model, plan and allocate the capital, equipment, and operating budget to support current operations and long-term facility plans which may include annual organizational goals. Provide vision and direction for the Environment of Care standards. Provide leadership to all activities related to the implementation of physical, administrative, and technical safeguards to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of the patient. Qualifications Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent years of experience. Minimum 7 years' related facilities experience at a healthcare organization Minimum 5 years' leadership experience Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree in related field Experience managing departments of greater than 50-70 FTE's Current Certified Healthcare Facility Manager Current RPA (Real Property Administrator) Current NIULPE Chief Engineer License Others as appropriate: CSO (Certified Safety Officer) Min USD $131,345.00/Yr.
