NIDA THAI LLC Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Centerville, Ohio
Nida Thai Cuisine is proud to serve delicious and authentic Thai food to the Centerville community. All of our dishes, from our special-made noodles to spicy curry, are made fresh in our kitchen daily to ensure that our customers get the perfect Thai dining experience. We consistently rank 4 stars and above on platforms such as Yelp, Tripadvisor, and Facebook, and we are looking to maintain our successful reputation. To do so, we need experienced Thai Specialty Cooks to work in our busy kitchen.
Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:
- Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies;
- Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure;
- Check the quality of raw and final products to ensure the highest quality standards are met;
- Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and
- Perform other health and sanitation duties as required by law.
SALARY: $35,298/year
