Cardinal Building & Design Co. Landscape Laborer in Chagrin Falls, Ohio
Landscape Laborer positions in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. This is a temporary, full-time position and we are looking for four (4) openings for employment from April 1, 2025 to November 30, 2025. Duties: Mow, trim, edge, water, fertilize, and cut lawns. Operate vehicles and power equipment. Rake and blow leaves. Pull and chop weeds. Haul and spread topsoil and mulch. Clean up. Care for established lawns by mulching, aerating, weeding, trimming or edging around flower beds, walks or walls. On the job training will be provided. Terms and Conditions: $18.73 per hour paid bi-weekly. Overtime is not available. Work will be from 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday through Friday. A single work week will be used to compute wages due. Transportation: Transportation to the place of employment will be provided, or its cost to workers reimbursed, if the worker completes half the employment period. Return transportation will be provided if the worker completes the employment period or is dismissed early by the employer. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of $15.88 per day during travel to a max of $59.00 per day with receipts. Tools, equipment & supplies: Equipment will be provided without charge or deposit. Misc: All deductions from the worker's paycheck required by the law will be made. H-2B workers will be reimbursed in the first work week for all visa, visa processing, border crossing, and other related fees, including those mandated by the government (excluding passport fees).
