Project Coordinator – Customer Success

Key Job Responsibilities:

Our solar technology is best-in-class and you’ll make sure our customer service is too! We’re looking to you to provide exceptional support to our U.S. based projects and customers. Through close collaboration with Engineering, Supply Chain, Service, Accounting, and the Project Management teams, you will ensure customers receive their products at the right time and in the right way. As a Project Coordinator you will:

  • Attend project meetings, document actions, and follow-up on deliverables.

  • Coordinate project risk assessment in conjunction with Project Management

  • Assists with planning and scheduling of project timeliness and milestones using appropriate tools.

  • Partner with Project Manager(s) to assign tasks, direct activities, and control project execution.

  • Tracks and report progress (management information system). Prepare progress reports, quotes, and presentations.

  • Ensure timely turnaround on Change Order/SO/RFI/SharePoint portal

  • Coordinate internal/external events (with customers/team members)

  • Communicate project updates and results to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

  • Customer Focused - Knowledgeable of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions

Qualifications:

  • Associates degree in relevant field or equivalent job experience required, Bachelor’s degree a plus

  • At least two years of coordinating experience, preferably in the Solar industry

Preferred qualifications:

  • Advanced MS Office Suite skills

  • Experience with Salesforce CRM

  • Experience with SAP

  • Experience with SharePoint

  • Strong organizational skills with proven experience prioritizing work and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously

  • Exceptional problem solving, critical thinking, and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

  • Ability to take on new tasks and adapt to different work assigned and personalities
