Wells Fargo Senior Information Security Analyst-Infrastructure Security & Perimeter Governance in CHANDLER, Arizona
About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Information Security Analyst to support infrastructure security governance adherence. This individual creates, updates, and maintains critical adherence documentation and creates leadership monthly domain reporting. The individual will also provide support for Infrastructure Security and Perimeter Governance by performing self-assurance reviews of control evidence, documentation, and closure documentation.
In this role you will:
Provide information security consultation to improve awareness and compliance with Enterprise Information Security policy, processes and standards
Evaluate and interpret internal and Enterprise Information Security policies, processes, and standards, and provide recommendations to improve them
Perform remediation of infrastructure security policy gaps, review issues, complex ad hoc data, and reporting to support information security risk management
Collaborate and consult with the technology teams to resolve issues and provide customers with best possible solutions
Monitor and drive infrastructure security and perimeter strategy roadmaps, provide executive reporting for maintaining visibility into control performance and risks within the network perimeter
Provide advanced data aggregation and data of information security risk exposure
Review draft and proposed control standards for business impact and recommend modifications or clarifications as required
Conduct security control testing and consultation with stakeholders
Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
Interact with internal customers
Serve as a mentor to less experienced staff
Required Qualifications, US:
- 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Agile methodology experience
Strong Communication and presentation skill supported by strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
Ability to independently research, compile, and perform in-depth analysis
Experience in technology, network technologies, information security and/or supporting information security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection, and endpoint security
Proven ability to work with Technology partner teams such as Security Architecture, Principal Engineers, and Subject Matter Experts to identify, formulate and implement information security solutions and controls
Prior experience in process improvements, solution implementation, and risk control execution
Experience in effectively leading meetings and providing concise communications with higher level and executive leadership
Experience in the creation, communication, and distribution of management / executive level reporting in addition to creation of complex documentation for technology, information security or risk controls
Demonstrated ability to take requirements and formulate both executive level and individual level information to take action
Ability to manage initiatives including detailed planning, process management, and documentation
Knowledge of Cyber Security Frameworks such as NIST and MITRE ATT&CK Framework
Knowledge of Risk Management Framework, Risk Controls and Evidence Based Control Evaluation (EBCE)
Experience in Information Security policy management and governance
Ability to interact with integrity and a high level of professionalism with all levels of team members and management
