Job Title- Juniper/Cisco VPN PRODUCT APP ANALYST LEAD
Location - Onsite
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and implementation of application solutions within the healthcare domain.
- Oversee the integration of Cisco VPN and Juniper VPN to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.
- Provide technical guidance and support to the project team to enhance payer claims and Medicare & Medicaid claims processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Ensure that all application solutions meet regulatory and compliance standards within the healthcare industry.
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of application solutions to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain documentation for all application solutions and processes.
- Conduct regular reviews and assessments of application solutions to ensure they align with business objectives.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of application solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the application solutions.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with application solutions and project implementation.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement by staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
-Qualifications
- Possess a minimum of 10 years of experience in application development and project management within the healthcare domain.
- Demonstrate expertise in Cisco VPN and Juniper VPN to ensure secure and efficient connectivity.
- Have a strong understanding of payer claims and Medicare & Medicaid claims processes.
- Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Show proficiency in gathering requirements and translating them into technical specifications.
- Display a strong commitment to regulatory and compliance standards within the healthcare
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until June 15 2024. The annual salary for this position is between $105K - $130K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and is subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
