Actalent Outpatient Clinician in Chappaqua, New York

Description:
Provide IOP group therapy, OP group therapy as indicated/assigned, and crisis management as needed.
Facilitate IOP and OP groups with a focus on integrated care.
Maintain a small client caseload
Collaborate and consult with the outpatient interdisciplinary team members regarding group member clinical processes
Assist with client drug and alcohol screening process
Provide crisis management
Complete all required and assigned training
Maintain clinical charts via electronic medical records in accordance with agency and accreditation standards of same-day documentation.
Participate in individual and group clinical supervision as assigned.
Additional Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate Degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage/Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field, required.
Holds and maintains independent licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York, required.
Previous experience facilitating group therapy, required.
Previous experience working in an outpatient setting, preferred.
