Team Leader - Sealcoating Crew

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Team Leader to oversee our sealcoating crew in Charlestown, Indiana. This position requires a balance of technical know-how and leadership skills to ensure projects are completed safely, efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Management: Plan and execute sealcoating projects, including site assessments, material preparation, and application.
- Team Supervision: Lead and motivate the crew, assigning tasks based on strengths and project needs.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor work to ensure it meets industry standards and client expectations.
- Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and proactively address hazards to maintain a safe worksite.
- Training and Development: Mentor and train team members to improve performance and team cohesion.
