Wells Fargo Business Execution Senior Manager - Total Rewards in CHARLOTTE, North Carolina

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Senior Manager within the Human Resources Total Rewards Incentive Compensation Center of Excellence supporting Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking incentive plans. This individual will collaborate with colleagues across Total Rewards and Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking to administer the functional incentive plans within these lines of business. This individual will be responsible for managing an incentive administration team that supports the full end to end incentive administration process while ensuring proper execution of controls, maintaining control and desktop procedure documentation, and driving operational excellence across the team to ensure accurate and timely functional incentive payments to the plan participants.

In this role, you will :

  • Manage a team supporting the full end to end incentive compensation administration.

  • ​Be responsible for the Commercial Banking and Corporate & Investment Banking Incentive Compensation Administration.

  • Function as a subject matter expert on the various systems and applications supporting Human Resources and Incentive Compensation

  • Manage and develop a team while ensuring successful planning, integration, impasse resolution, and measurement of operations with moderate to high complexity and visibility.

  • Engage functional leaders to obtain resources, influence outcomes, address conflict, and ensure alignment with Wells Fargo's policies and business line objectives.

  • Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, redesign, change management initiatives, and risk control development.

  • Interpret procedures and processes and provide leadership to strategize and execute a variety of programs, services, and initiatives that are significant in scope, complexity, and risk.

  • Make decisions and resolve issues regarding operations of the team to meet business objectives.

  • Interpret and develop policies and procedures aligned with Wells Fargo's business line objectives.

  • Collaborate with and influence functional business partners, leaders, and executive management to provide support and drive strategic initiatives for the business.

  • Interact directly with executive management to influence, optimize, and negotiate on business operations related to Strategy and Execution.

  • Manage allocation of people and financial resources for Business Execution.

  • Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent.

  • Partner with Incentive Compensation colleagues that support incentive Design, Technology, Analytics, and Controls.

  • Identify incentive administration process improvements while ensuring an elevated level of accuracy on payouts.

  • Identify potential risks when implementing change along with developing mitigation strategies and plans.

  • Determine appropriate strategies and actions of multiple business groups to meet moderate to high complex deliverables.

  • Develop and guide a culture of talent development to meet business objectives and strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • 6+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

  • 3+ years Management or leadership experience

Desired Qualifications:

  • Incentive Compensation experience

  • Leadership experience with ability to effectively drive results, provide feedback/direction, and manage and build relationships with leaders and team members in a geographically dispersed team environment.

  • Experience with Jira, Varicent and SharePoint

  • Knowledge of Commercial Banking or Corporate and Investment Banking

  • Knowledge and understanding of regulatory compliance requirements surrounding incentive compensation and risk management.

  • Forward thinking with the ability to problem solve

  • Attention to detail with a focus on executing effectively.

  • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.

  • Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) skills

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Ability to navigate organizational change in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to collaborate with internal partners, including legal, risk, and control.

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Strong project management skills

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$120,400.00 - $250,000.00
