Our client, a leading technology organization, is seeking a Delivery Lead to join their team. As a Delivery Lead, you will be part of the Governance team supporting various project initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong relationship-building skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Delivery Lead - Technology (Governance)

Location: Charlotte, NC - Hybrid work schedule

Pay Range: $48 - $53 per hour (W2 Local candidates only)

What's the Job?

• Lead and coordinate routines to support delivery, including kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings.

• Manage coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams to ensure timely project completion.

• Facilitate communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timelines.

• Provide status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedules.

• Support resource planning for delivery and execution while maintaining adherence to change standards.

What's Needed?

• 5+ years of relevant experience with a strong mix of technology delivery and business understanding.

• Previous experience in a governance, work management, or project delivery role.

• Familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and routines.

• Extremely strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with team members and senior management.

• Intermediate/Expert MS Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Project, PowerPoint), Jira, and SharePoint.
