Description
Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a motion graphics designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC.
Job Description: We are looking for a highly skilled Motion Graphics Designer who has a proven track record of working in an agency environment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in motion graphics, animation, and visual storytelling. You will work closely with our creative team to develop engaging and visually stunning content for a variety of platforms, including digital advertising, social media, television, and web.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, design, and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for various media.
Collaborate with creative directors, designers, copywriters, and other team members to produce innovative visual content.
Develop storyboards and style frames to communicate design ideas effectively.
Animate graphics, illustrations, and text in a visually compelling way.
Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance motion graphics.
Ensure consistency and quality across all visual content, adhering to brand guidelines.
Stay updated with the latest trends and techniques in motion graphics and animation.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver work within tight deadlines.
Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Motion Graphics, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in motion graphics design, preferably within an agency setting.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop).
Experience with 3D software such as Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, and color theory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take constructive feedback and iterate on designs effectively.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
A compelling portfolio showcasing a range of motion graphics and animation work.
