Responsibilities:
- Inspect and identify quality issues, making necessary adjustments to ensure product standards
- Operate and maintain copper plating machinery and related equipment
- Label, chamfer, band, and prepare finished products for shipment
- Perform regular and downtime maintenance on machinery
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
- Conduct routine safety inspections and adhere to all workplace safety protocols
- Accurately complete order paperwork
- Work assigned shifts, including overtime as required
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year of experience in a production environment
- Minimum of one year of forklift experience
- Strong time management and multitasking skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proactive attitude with a strong sense of urgency
- Team-oriented mindset with a commitment to workplace efficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED
- Forklift crane experience
Work Environment and Physical Demands:
- Exposure to moving machinery, wet conditions, extreme heat, fumes, airborne particles, and chemicals
- Work may take place in both indoor and outdoor conditions
- Frequent walking on uneven terrain
- Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs.
