Insight Global REMOTE - UX / VS Designer in Charlotte, North Carolina
Job Description
An employer is looking to add to their UX and Product design teams. The UX role collaborates with UX, product and technology partners to fully understand the customer journey, potential gaps, and opportunities according to their discipline in each user experience. This role builds and develops the UX team's knowledge and skill set and best practices. You will work as a IC to help contribute to the User Journey of a complex system and complex process design for a large financial product. You will need great experience with storytelling to define problem/challenge, then show how to create new solution to solve the impact to the user and build prototyping. You will partner with UX Researchers and Product Managers on building out the new UX User Journeys.

Skills and Requirements
5+ years of UX and VS Design Experience
Thorough Experience with UI/Product/Business Teams for End-to-End lifecycle
Experience working with Native Mobile App and Web Applications
Experience with Complex Systems/Complex Process Designs
Excellent Prototyping Experience
Expertise with tools: Figma, Financial Services Product Experience-Not exlusive
Overall Broad Experience (Healthcare/Telecomm/Ecommerce etc)
