Insight Global Sr. Delivery Lead in Charlotte, North Carolina
Job Description
Play a key role in coordinating and managing meetings with business unit subject matter expert(s) in order to solicit and cross-reference business and functional requirements ensuring expectations are clearly understood and satisfied
Define and prioritize user stories for the scrum team utilizing applicable artefacts; Jira, Business Requirements Document, Use Cases, Workflow, Business Rules, Software Specifications, etc.
Work in partnership with business stakeholders and the scrum team to ensure user stories are delivered in line with business requirements.
Participate in and support capacity planning and the development of long-term strategic goals for systems and software in conjunction with business stakeholders and technology management.
Collaborate with technology team members, end users, and other stakeholders in the testing of new software programs and applications, including the coordination of UAT.
Review, analyze, and report on the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develop testing strategies for improving or leveraging these systems
Communicate application problems and issues to key stakeholders, including management, and end users
Work diligently to enhance or improve business processes via integration, or as necessary, minimize the impact of integration on those processes Skills Required

Skills and Requirements
Understand Project Deliverables, Client Coordination's, Financial, Project Budgeting, Estimations, Escalation management and able to deliver on commitments.
Program/Project Management Certification if any
5 years of experience in Agile techniques such as User Stories, ATDD, TDD, BDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games etc.
Experience in working with JIRA, including creation and managements of epics and releases including experience with PI planning and management. - Good Communication skills and experience with client communications handling.
Communicate with confidence and pay attention to details and follow-up on task without supervision.
High degree of self accountability, able to learn quickly, analytical and being flexible to deliver on defined project scope null
