Job Summary
TheBusiness Enablement, Site Operations Coordinator, playsapivotalrole in the overall support of the businessandoperations in theStratascaleCharlotte, NC headquarters. In this role, you will have a wide perspectiveof the organizationthroughdirectsupport of theCharlotte-basedStratascaleLeaders,office operations, andrelated events.
This individual must be dependable,organized,anddisplay strong attention to detail.AsanSite Operations Coordinator,youwillcreate andmaintainoffice procedures, ensuringhigh levelsof organizational effectiveness, communication, and safety. TheSite Operations Coordinatoracts as a liaison between local property and maintenance providers as well as coordination with SHI facility resources.

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
Office Management
Maintainsand provisionsbuilding, office, and parkingaccessand proceduresfor local team members andvisitors
Monitors andfulfillssupplies needed for office operations
Coordinates maintenanceactivitiesrelated to the local equipment or facilities
Partner with HR to update andmaintainofficepoliciesas necessary
Manages shipping, receiving, and mail/package distribution
Liaison forfacility management vendors, including cleaning, catering,and security services
MaintainsStratascalebranded merchandise in collaboration withStratascaleMarketing
Act asalocalpoint of contact amongStratascaleleadershipand team members
Assistin the onboarding process for new hires
Executive Coordination
Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel forCharlotte-basedStratascaleleaders
Organize and hosttown-hall-styleinternal meetingsleveragingmodernvideoconferencing platforms
Event Management
Plan and coordinate in-house or off-site activities,likecelebrations,conferences,client meetings, andlarge team huddles
Collaborate with SHI,StratascaleMarketing, and other key stakeholders to ensureevents follow applicable expense and branding guidelines
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experiencein business, technology, or communications
Minimum4yearsprofessional work experiencein a related role
Required Skills
Capable ofprioritizingtasksbased on impact and urgency
Superbwrittenand verbal communication skills
Effectivedecision-maker,leveragingappropriate sourcesof information in thought process
Uses soundjudgmentwhen handling sensitive and confidential information
Technically savvy with advancedexperience with Microsoft Office365 (Teams,Excel, PowerPoint, Forms) and a variety of videoconferencing tools
Preferred Skills:
Project Management, Change Management, and/orCommunications
Marketing, design,or event planningexperience a plus
Unique Requirements
- 25% travelrequiredforprojectsandconferences
Additional Information
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 which includes a base salary and bonus. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
