Description
Robert Half Marketing & Creative is looking for a UX Designer for one of our clients in Charlotte, NC!
We are seeking a talented UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered designs that enhance the overall digital experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about user research, wireframing, prototyping, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to build seamless and engaging interfaces.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct user research to understand customer behavior, needs, and pain points.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to illustrate design ideas.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define user requirements.
Create and implement user-friendly design solutions for web and mobile applications.
Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to refine designs.
Ensure designs align with brand guidelines and accessibility standards.
Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and UX best practices.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Proven experience as a UX Designer, Product Designer, or similar role.
Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or InVision.
Strong understanding of user research methodologies, usability testing, and A/B testing.
Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
