Installation Supervisor Closets by Design is well established and growing custom closet and home organizing company. We are currently looking to add an Installation Supervisor to our growing leadership team. The ideal candidate must be enthusiastic, motivated individual who enjoys a challenge and working with customers and is able to multi-task.  Job Responsibilities Under guidance of the Production and Installation Manager, supervise all aspects of the installation department. Responsibilities include supervising and leading a growing team of Installers and Installer assistants (helpers). Manage and schedule each installation and service project from start to finish. Interact with customers on a daily basis, as well as designers and the Production department. Installation supervisor must place high emphasis on customer service, customer experience and accounts receivable.  Job Requirements * Candidates should have 2-4 years of experience in product installation (which may include home improvement/building maintenance, appliance repair/installation, kitchen/bathroom installation as well as other closet/cabinet experience). * Must be able to demonstrate superior customer service skills from prior work experiences. * Basic to intermediate level computer knowledge a must (Microsoft Suite: Excel, Word, Outlook required) * Must be able to multi-task and be highly organized. * Skillful management ability to manage and develop people.  * Good communication skills. Key Responsibilities * Provides daily support to installation personnel. * Schedules jobs and services to maximize install value potential. * Provides training, coaching, counseling, and encouragement to installation team. * Leadership and coordination of a growing installation team and fleet vans which are loaded and deployed daily to residential locations. * Supervise all aspects of installation department including managing and leading installers and installer assistants (helpers) * Oversee and co-ordinate initial material load and accuracy, van deployment and arrival, complete installation, deposit collection, and ultimate customer satisfaction. * Schedules and manages each installation and service project from start to finish. * Interacts daily with customers, designers, and the production department. * Places a strong emphasis on a high level of customer service, customer satisfaction and accounts receivables. * Travels occasionally off-site to perform client surveys. * Communicates management directives to field staff to ensure compliance. * Follows up on customer satisfaction issues and drives resolution striving for 100% customer satisfaction.
