Responsibilities

The Teacher Lead is responsible for the care, supervision, safety, welfare and instruction of a specific group of assigned children or infants.

Qualifications

Required Education:

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Prefer education and training in early child care development or related field

Required Experience:

  • Five years working in a child care setting preferred

Required License/Certification:

  • Pediatric / Adult Heartsaver CPR and First Aide required by TN childcare licensing obtained within 30 days of employment

Pay Range

$15.88 - $18.76 /hour
