SECURITY CLEARANCE:
Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide network and system administrative support.
- Establish, maintain, and Assist personnel in troubleshooting and repair of serial and IP-based communications systems and networks.
- Test, maintain, and monitor computer programs and systems, including coordinating the installation of computer programs and systems.
- Assess the usefulness of pre-developed application packages and adapt them to a user environment.
- Coordinate and link the computer systems within an organization to increase compatibility so that information can be shared.
- Develop, document, and revise system design procedures, test procedures, and quality standards.
- Provide network and system administration of the assigned Computer and Communications Systems.

``` - Ensure all classified materials held by the sites are compliant with the regulations and directives which govern marking, handling, controlling, removing, transporting, sanitizing, reusing, and destroying classified information and equipment containing classified information. - Provide security support to all cleared employees and approved visitors. - Oversee new employee security briefings, annual security refresher briefings, derivative classification training, exit interviews, debriefings, investigating and reporting security violations and incident reports. - Maintain the facility Insider Threat Program and administer Insider Threat Training for the site.
EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum of five (5) years of hands-on experience with Network Systems, Systems Administration, and Communications, including RF paths and providing IP network connectivity.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of Ruckus switches, smart zones, and access points.
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals.
- Router / Switch configuration and troubleshooting (Any of the following active certifications: CISCO CCNA/CCDA/CCNP/CCDP/CCSP or SonicWall SNSA/SNSP is strongly desired).
- Designing, configuring, and troubleshooting routing, network segmentation, zone traversal, MAC-based authentication, and DNS.
- Configuration and troubleshooting of SonicWALL firewalls and VPN devices.
EDUCATION:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Sciences/Security/Network highly desired but not required.

``` - Must be qualified as Cyber Security Work Force Information Assurance Technician (IAT 2). Minimal certification of CompTIA Security Plus - Continuous Education (CE).
