Insight Global Thermal Spray Operator in Chesapeake, Virginia
Job Description
-Apply Thermal Spray Coatings, utilizing Twin Electric Arc, Plasma and HVOF systems.
-Perform Machine set-up for the application of thermal spray coatings
-Perform accurate measurements using O.D & I.D micrometers, calipers and veneers.
-Ability to learn and/or perform basic robot programming operations.
-Ability to learn and possess various ISO and Military standard requirements.
-Learns and follows all Company and work area safety procedures and practices.
-Responsible for personal work safety and the safety of the other employees in the assigned work area.

Skills and Requirements
Requirements:
-Experience and/or training in thermal spray industry desired.
-*Strong mechanical aptitude. Can come from a welding or machine operator role
-The demonstrated ability to perform effectively as a member of a work team and to work individually to accomplish assigned tasks null
