Transaction Processing Associate

Monday - Friday 8:00am-5:00pm EST

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Transaction Processing Associate to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who excels in a structured environment and is proficient in handling confidential information with the utmost discretion. This position does not involve phone calls or customer service and requires very minimal data entry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Print secure emails and prepare them for scanning.

  • Assist in the scanning of documents and ensure they meet quality standards.

  • Perform various clerical tasks to support the processing department.

  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of all data.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to document handling and processing.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous experience in a clerical or administrative role is preferred.

  • Familiarity with office equipment like scanners and printers.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work with confidential information.

  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.

For this position, actual salaries will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. In addition to base pay, this position, based on business need, may be eligible for a bonus or incentive. In addition, Conduent provides a variety of benefits to employees including health insurance coverage, voluntary dental and vision programs, life and disability insurance, a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) or vacation and/or sick time. The estimated salary for this role is $15.50/h.
