Key Responsibilities
As a Dishwasher, where you’ll play a key role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen during Chicago Bears games, Chicago Fire matches, concerts, and other premier events.
Key Responsibilities:
Wash and sanitize all dishes, utensils, cookware, and kitchen equipment in accordance with food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dishwashing area, ensuring items are properly stored after cleaning.
Support kitchen operations by assisting with trash removal, sweeping, mopping, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen.
Monitor cleaning supplies and communicate restocking needs to supervisors.
Collaborate with kitchen team members to ensure a seamless and efficient operation during events.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
Must hold a current SERV Safe Food Handling Certification.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and perform repetitive tasks.
Ability to stay long hours in regards of projects needed during and after operations
