This role will be responsible for:
- Providing legal advice regarding commercial insurance, including policy and contract construction, program structure, collateral requirements, reinsurance, and coverage issues
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a broad array of contracts and representing the company\'s interests in insurance-related negotiations and transactions with key clients
- Analyzing and identifying various sources of risk that can arise in a commercial insurance program
Qualified candidates will have 5+ years of experience with insurance/reinsurance counseling; experience with another insurance company is preferred.
