JPMorgan Chase Liquidity Product Solutions Specialist, Associate in Chicago, Illinois

As a Senior Product Solutions Associate in Commercial Banking Solutions, you are a significant contributor to a team that defines and configures complex product solutions for key client relationships and prospect opportunities. You draw from research and client feedback to develop unique product solutions in partnership with Sales and coordinate with product teams to support new product development.

Job responsibilities

  • Supports the strategic definition and configuration of optimal solutions that address clients' needs and objectives through collaboration with our clients and other internal teams such as Sales and Product.

  • Contributes to the construction of pricing proposals and value analysis reports to demonstrate product benefits to clients

  • Delivers compelling oral and written presentations with associated technical skills in building sales decks and training collateral

  • Establishes forums to coordinate across the Product Solutions team to enable a successful configuration of solutions

  • Work with PSS team as they engage directly with Bankers, TMOs and clients in a sales process to determine client needs and objectives, design specific solutions to meet those needs, and presents the solutions in a compelling way to win and retain client balances and relationships.

  • Serve as a consultative resource to TMOs and Sales Associates to evaluate pricing requests and specialty account needs. Provides cost-benefit and/or risk analysis to assist impacted stakeholders in the approval process.

  • Support key initiatives, strategic pricing and product direction for Treasury Sales and Banker management with the goal of maximizing client and portfolio profitability, while attracting and solidifying broad customer relationships.

  • Assist with the management of internal and external sales & marketing campaigns to expand client penetration including development of client-level plans for top clients & prospects

  • Provide training to internal partners including Sales, Client Service, and Implementations, update internal and external collateral (industry trends, marketing, white papers, case studies, etc)

  • Partner with Commercial Banking Deposit Analytics team to optimize reporting for impacted senior management teams while relaying key deposit messaging to senior market management.

  • Liaise with key stakeholder groups including Liquidity Product Management, Finance, Treasury, Business Management, Operations and Risk Management to ensure alignment with sub-LOB goals, policy and profitability targets.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving on a team within a cluster of products

  • Experience supporting the sales cycle by producing sales decks, training collateral, pricing proposals, and value analysis reports

  • Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed and complex organization

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously in a fast-pace environment

  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, proven ability to present findings in concise manner

  • Demonstrated success interfacing with clients/stakeholders (external/internal)

  • Ability to support/engage with senior management on high priority strategic projects

  • Work well with cross-functional partners and in a dynamic environment

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 3+ years of treasury, treasury services, banking, and/or investment management experience
