TEKsystems Senior CRM Strategist in Chicago, Illinois
Job Description:
The Senior Strategist, CRM is versed in relationship marketing, customer journey building, multi-channel communication strategies and data driven approaches. They understand CRM technologies and stays current with the latest industry platforms and capabilities. They play a key role in the success of enterprise CRM programs by developing end-to-end customer journeys that map to business objectives and CRM strategies, all while understanding the capabilities of key CRM platforms. They identify trends and data points that impact program performance and have the ability to develop data-driven strategies and executions.
The Senior Strategist, CRM also plays a key role in representing the CRM department and its capabilities in new business opportunities.
Responsibilities
Understanding CRM technologies and their capabilities in order to build strategy
Relationship marketing, customer journey building, multi-channel communication strategies and data driven approaches
Ability to build data informed end-to-end CRM journeys
Understanding the processes to execute across CRM platforms
Identifying trends and data points that impact program performance
The ability to lean into data-driven strategies and executions; communicates regularly with department management and functional users on project deliverables
Work closely with internal and client teams to lead and represent the CRM team
Work across different roles and functions within the agency
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (marketing, business, communications)
5-10 years agency and/or client-side experience
Demonstrated knowledge of the advertising industry and trends
Working knowledge of Marketing Automation and CRM platforms
Marketing Automation platform certification a plus
Familiarity with internal marketing systems and/or advertising agencies a plus
