This is achieved by working with honesty, fairness and respect, and building up the virtues of \"humble, hungry, and people-smart\". https://notch.com/ The Project Manager and Estimator will be reporting to the Vice President of Estimating and Project Management, will generate sufficient profitable work volume from assigned and prospective Customers. Provide overall administrative and technical management on construction projects from bid preparation through final acceptance by client. Provide information, coordination and guidance to field supervisors and crafts to insure construction work complies with all Notch and Customer requirements. The successful candidate will: Possess an Associates or Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management or 3-5 years of experience in the trade Have broad knowledge of piping, plumbing, refrigeration, contract design, estimating, and project management is required. Have good interpersonal skills including; communication, organization, and relationship building. Must have previous exposure construction equipment, drawings and specifications. The successful candidate in this role will be passionate; self-starter; with a \"can-do\" attitude.
